"I got to the train station at 6pm. There were no taxis. I called the hotel. The person who answered spoke Italian only. He gave me a number of a taxi station, which wasn't available. I ended up walking 1h20m in the cold, dark weather, sometimes with no side walks. I think he should've connected me to another employee, who speaks English, and figure out a solution. "A real gem of a hotel hidden away but well worth a stay. I stayed for two night son business and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is easy to find. Parking is free and secure. The hotel has a real welcoming ambience and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had an early morning check-out and the hotel opened up reception just for me! Thank you.
