"Hotel Ibis is convenient for those travelling to Saumur by train-- property is literally right across street from station. Friendly service ( I can speak a bit of French; they could speak some English so all good for check-in, etc! Also.one staffer who was fully bilingual.). Good breakfast in pleasant dining area. "On the photos the hotel with its swimming pool looked good to me but the pool was half empty and closed moreover I found my room not very clean especially the bathroom."

We have spent the last 6 weeks trying to sort this out with hotels.com but the hotel are not responding. Surely they can see they have been paid twice?"
