"The hotel is an early 20th century building (I think) with the style of the belle epoch and our room had wonderful high ceilings and tall windows with a balcony overlooking the bay. "We had a wonderful time in Kottli. The houses are charming and well maintained. I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. We found it perfectly clean for a rural property and Sanja who looks after the property was very nice and friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist hot spots! "

"This was a wonderful apartment! Lovely hosts who live on site. Gave us a welcome shot and beer and were very friendly! The apartment is walking distance down to the beach through a little forest hike which was very quaint! Loved it and the town and wish we would have booked a couple days. Only thing was check out was earlier than normal 9am...keep that in mind but I would recommend!! "
