"This is the worst stay I ever booked on hotels.com. I dont even know where to start with this review. No vegan/vegitarian option in the buffet. Despite asking not to disturb, room service still showed up. Elevator is for name sake and cannot fit single person with luggage. Sleeping with blinds, shutters and drapes still feels like sleeping on the street in this hotel. Bed and other furniture passed its usable age long back but it is still not replaced. "The hotel is located in convenient, safe and quiet area, close to public transport which takes you to Venice in about 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful, reliable and friendly.
