"I imagine its just the age of the hotel showing and not so much the upkeep. We reserved this after showing up to 5 Themes and it being a room in the owners house. We weren’t comfortable staying there so we stayed here. It was the right decision. Definitely not a bad place and I won’t talk bad about it but I do think they could change a few things. "A stale kitchen smell hung around the reception and permeated the building. No lights were on and it was like entering a dark cave. I normally like quaint old hotels but this was just down at heel and dispiriting. The photographer must be very clever as the reality was dismal. "In France most restaurants close at 21:00. Odd but true. Because of cancellations at the Channel Tunnel we were delayed leaving the UK by 2 hours and arrived in Tennie at 21:30. "Le Logement était limite insalubre. La propreté est inexistante, les équipements très vieux. Le logement ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos vu sur le site.. On nous a proposer un canapé-lit, dont l’épaisseur du matelas ne devait pas excéder 5 cm. Bref, impossible de dormir.. En revanche, l’accueil fut extrêmement chaleureux et convivial, dommage que le logement n’était pas conforme au descriptif est avis vu sur le site. "
