Cuando llegamos no tenían disponible la habitación que reservé y pagué con antelación, aun cuando el día anterior había llamado para confirmar y me dijeron que todo estaba ok. Se demoraron más de 1 hora en habilitarnos un cuarto con las camas necesarias para los 3 (viaje familiar), y cuando llegó la hora de dormir descubrimos que a 1 cama no le habían cambiado sábanas y estaba llena de pelos!! Otra hora más esperando, cuando eran más de las 23 hrs. y queríamos...
