"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. "Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"Wonderful hotel,nice quiet place. I came there to ski in Madonna Di Campiglio which is 50 min away , but there is a wonderful skiing area Paganella just 9 km away . Hotel provided shuttle service to this place. They also picked me up after skiing. Very nice and helpful gentlemen at reception desk Pasquale. Hotel offers spa facility of the unbelievable quality which contains sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool jacuzzi and many more. Thanks again , it was a wonderful time."

"We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family....

"The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. The beach was just 2 min walking distance which we really enjoyed and right across from stores, bars and restaurant. The beds were actually very small and not quite comfortable but besides that it was a pleasant stay."

"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall. Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "

"The weather is great, sunny all the time. free bikes so you can quickly get to the center. bicycle paths everywhere. room for 4 people is cramped and small. the fourth bed opens from the wall. between the beds with 30 cm of free space to go to the balcony. capsule coffee machine, unfortunately not refilled every day, so we drank a cup of coffee in one day. the rooms were clean, cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. large canteen, always free tables. the food was varied, a lot, but...
