"The staff were very helpful (Lena on reception went above and beyond - her attention to detail was exceptional!). We arrived early and they made a room available for us. Breakfast was very good - typical French which was good since we were in France! Room very comfortable especially the bed! Balcony was a lovely place to relax in the sun!! Will be staying again when we next visit Épernay. "

"Hotel has a good location with easy walking access to restaurants and sites of interest - we used the municipal car park which is underground and directly opposite the hotel but it is expensive - circa 25 euros per night. The bedroom was small - not much room for a suitcase."

"The hotel was very convenient, clean, comfortable, and nice overall. The service at the front desk was fantastic, they were so nice and helpful. They take you to your room and show you the amenities which were honestly pretty cool (at least for the junior suite). The interiors are all updated and parking is free and convenient (but a little difficult for our large van). The views were very nice from our balcony. "Very comfortable hotel. Relatively expensive compared to others but very pleasant. Unfortunately we booked via Hotels.com and didn’t check the restaurant opening times on the web site. We wanted a hotel within 3 hours drive from Calais on a Sunday night and their restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening. Quite a few places to eat in Chalons en Champagne about 20 minutes away, so not a big issue but would have been good to know when considering choice of hotel when booking."
