" staff very frirendly and helpful provided us personal information on what to see and how to get there in Lyon. The property had a locked parking lot (at night) with free parking. Room was not luxurious but more than adequate. Breakfast was nice and reasonable. "

"Original style Campanile - reasonably clean. Bit difficult to find. Very limited food option on-site and that was terrible - pre plated food heated up by the receptionist. The local Burger King was a better option. Decent value though"

Member of staff showed extreme kindness to elderly couple whose booking was not on her computer and sorted it all out for them- excellent service."
