"We enjoyed our one-night stay here, as we were in transit across France. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with my feeble attempts to speak French! "The meals were expensive and were the same every night. Would struggle if staying more than 3 nights due to limited choice. Outdoor pool was not heated so extremely cold for swimming Indoor pool was fabulous with adjoining sauna and steam rooms but would work out very expensive at 22 euros for 2 hours. Not something to afford every day of the stay!"

She went out of her way to make our stay more difficult than it needed to be and was constantly quoting regulations and insurance policies to justify her lack of customer service.
