"We were greeted very warmly and check in was very efficient. There is no lift but the very helpful man at reception offered to carry out bags. I had a room with a terrace that was perfect, the terrace is huge, bed very comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The breakfast was fine but a little bit overpriced for a modest continental breakfast, pastries fantastic though. My room did not have a fridge but my friend was in a newer room and it did have one. Location is great, 2 mins...

The setting is absolutely beautiful and the hotel is well located to visit many of the top chateaux in the Medoc region and Atlantic coast beaches. The free wifi was fast and reliable, daily breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the charcuterie platter and wine is a must. Perfect end to our honeymoon!"
