It is a facility that clearly has been converted and is still in the process of updating and conversion. There is a single, large common room (lobby) on which all the bedrooms face. But when I arrived there, the security officer told me that the hotel was closed for over 4 months ago. I didnt recieved ANY kind of advice or notification from the hotel about it's closure.
