"Bad experience, found a live roach in the room, the A/C wouldn’t work (in spite of front desk programming it, it went off shortly after), the lights wouldn’t work until front attendant came to turn on breaker. No bar soap to wash hands. Base boards and floor in room looked filthy. Booked two rooms and both had similar problems. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. Selected hotel based on good rating and positive reviews on hotels.com; however, these were obviously misleading."

"I would not recommend this hotel despite its beautiful bar. The hotel itself is however clean and modern but there are a few things that made the stay underwhelming. The biggest was that the advertised pool was closed, in mid July while the high temperate routinely touches 40 plus degrees (100F). The explanation was confusing and convoluted. The layout was equally confusing as the lobby is on a side street off the main pedestrian area and not clearly marked. Getting to the restaurant and common...

"Property has seen better days though still in fair condition, could do with an update and provide better amenities. Room and bathroom were spacious. Price was fair. Location was perfect with excellent views over city. "

"Great modern apartment in old town next to Plaza de Espana. Easy walking everywhere. Tourist office is a few doors down. Great tapas bars close by.Only complaint is the shower has mildew and needs better cleaning!"
