"The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, we was able to check in earlier and I did request a bath originally didn’t have one but the lady came back up and got us moved to a new room with a bath which was lovely, all the staff was friendly, easy area ti get around we used the tram for most of our journeys but overall great hotel only 30 mins from the centre would definitely stay again "

"The room was spotless and the location is nice. Very limited car parking space in the front and back. The overnight street parking is free till 8 am, so you have to move your car or pay and display. I stayed in for a week and noticed that there was not a routine room service, so you have to ask for it, if you want your room doing. I understand the self check in and out process. The extraction fan inbthe bathroom was not efficient (or may be was not working) hence everytime I took a shower...
