"The hotel is very nice. The lobby is gorgeous - too bad the lobby bar was not open, but the restaurant/bar was. The pool was lovely and there is a very small game room that is very warm outside of the pool. 99% of the staff we interacted with was super friendly. The room was clean and included a couch, ottoman and work space along with the refrigerator, coffee pot, etc. There is a pretty busy street behind the hotel and I did hear traffic, mostly in the morning. "Staff was great. There was a big group of young athletes and parents. The lobby was full as the group took advantage of the space available to eat pizza together. Once we entered the elevator to our room we could not hear them at all. I’m sure a handful for staff but the staff was exceptional and attentive to all guests "

"Wonderful night at this hotel! Very clean (my #1 priority in hotels), very comfy, large enough to spread out. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the staff was so kind - she helped me move the furniture so I could catch my cat, who was hiding and did not want to get in his carrier. Great breakfast, too. I loved the location, the convenience right off I-81. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The property is new and the rooms still have that new room smell - lovely! The area around the hotel is being developed. This hotel has limited office hours and appears to have mostly long-term guests. The family that runs the hotel are very kind. Some suggestions: add some kind of towel bar and hooks in the bathroom and the wash cloths could be a better quality - one they get wet, they almost disintegrate."
