"The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep. Seems a lot of rooms are very old. The location and view were spectacular! Breakfast was good."

"Absolutely love this place. Been staying here for years. Run by a fabulous family. Always welcoming. Always have friendly staff. Good food. Good clean and spacious rooms. Overlooks vineyards & Illasi. No road noise, so very relaxing."

"Just came back from a short visit at the Capri. The hotel is stunning and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Outside pool is lovely and you can book a hour slot for the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast set up was great. The evening menu looked great but unable to attend due to my daughter being a fussy eater. 10-15 minutes walk into the town through the promenade. Staff are fab. Thank you for a lovely time. Emma"
