"Excellent staff very friendly. Food divine opted to eat in every evening. Beds very comfy and room kept very clean. Free bus into town am. But bus stop just outside for local service. Swimming pool was big enough and the jacuzzi relaxing. Didn't use the gym but looked extensive."

"I stayed on my own while visiting Guernsey. The greeting at check in and the service at breakfast were superb. The staff are brilliantly attentive and polite. My room was a single and was very basic, but perfectly comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple, but cooked really well and fresh. I would definitely stay here again because of the value and the terrific service and I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"My wife and I had wonderful short stay (3 nights) at Le Friquet. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Fabulous restaurant. One very minor comment - our ground-floor room/suite had a conservatory, and during the day when the sun was out, even in late spring, it was almost too hot to sit in. Maybe some blinds could be useful. But that wouldn't stop us booking it again."

"This was sold to us on the Hotel website as 3 star but it was 2 star. The room itself was comfortable except that it was always very warm, and the shower over the bath was impossible to stabilise. The breakfasts were the low point. The one person we saw daily was trying hard and helpful."
