"It was very amazing stay. The staff were very exceptional and helpful in all our requests and needs. They recommended which restaurants we could eat at and then they booked it for us without any trouble. We will definitely be going back when in the area. A First Class Hotel to stay in."

"It was the worst stay in my life. The manager of hotel was very rude to me and to my wife. In addition to it, I paid a premium to get a room with a terrace and when I arrived the same person told me that there were no more rooms with terrace. I ended to be in an smaller room and WITH NO HOT WATER. It is a sky area and we needed to take a shower. It was not possible. I also called the police since there were 40 families with no water and no effective answer from the hotel,"
