Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs."

"Esperábamos más de lo que nos encontramos, al principio estuvimos en la habitación número 14 y era un verdadero desastre: 2 perchas (1 de ellas rota) para 4 personas, el water se levantaba del suelo (no estaba bien sellado), el soporte de la ducha a una altura superior a 2 Metros, el Store pegado con cinta americana, sábanas rotas con manchas y la calefacción no iba del todo bien.
