I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room! "This hotel is a bit on the dated side. While the price was very reasonable and the staff was very helpful, it did feel a bit run down and tired. If you are a budget conscious traveler then likely this will fit the bill as it is safe and quite reasonably priced for the area. To be fair we were there in the shoulder season and maybe everything gets tidied up for the ski season.
