"Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Amazing reaction from the front desk: What do you expect, this is normal in a mountain area!!! Otherwise, rooms are mediocre, old, small and overpriced. Definitely not a 3 stars, barely an overpriced one star hotel."

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

I ended to be in an smaller room and WITH NO HOT WATER. It is a sky area and we needed to take a shower. It was not possible. I also called the police since there were 40 families with no water and no effective answer from the hotel,"
