"The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. The cups were not changed and the floor was not cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor value for €9. "For a short stay, it is a great location. A easy walk to the medieval town, cathedral and churches. Trams and busses, all center at the plaza in front of the train station. Very good breakfast fuels the exploration of the city. Safe comfortable and quiet room allows for a good rest. Friendly staff adds to the comfort of the stay."

"The hotel has lovely grounds. The facility is clean, modern and well decorated. The room was typically small, like most European rooms with only enough room to walk around the bed with one chair by a small desk. Bathroom was small with modern fixtures. ten minutes from the city center and 15 mins from the racetrack. Dinner in town at Brasserie Madeleine was delightful"

"Beautiful Village,Hotel was well situated and had a good car park and Grounds. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful.The Bar was small but comfy.The room was adequate and a large bathroom. We had the set meal for our evening meal ,we were asked if there's anything we didn't like ,and that was it 6 courses were serviced all individual ,tasty and filling.The wine was good no complaints. EXCELLENT Meal .Breakfast was good as well after a good nights sleep. We had the set meal"
