Des améliorations à apporter à la chambre 003: volet de la fenêtre très dur à remonter, aucun dispositif pour accrocher les serviettes de toilette dans la salle de bains. Surtout salles de bains très froides: pas de chauffage + positionnement le long d'un couloir non chauffé. Donc confort insuffisant. "

"The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy although the green cardboard cups for teas drinking had off putting brown stains around the bottom of the inside. We were leaving very early Saturday morning so went to the restaurant for and evening meal on the Friday about 7pm to be told meals were off as there was no chef on a Friday...... it resulted in a 400yds walk to the local KFC. as a substitute.!! "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
