We were presented a room without windows (only ceiling windows covered with snow). The "indoor pool" turned out to be a jacuzi without any water (!). They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us.
