"We LOVED that our room was so big with updated decor. However we paid extra for an upgraded room with whirlpool jaccuzi and we were told all upgraded rooms are on the first floor. We were also disappointed our view was facing nothing but overgrown bushes 10 feet from our window. We also heard every step from the people above us… through most of the night and early morning. Also annoying was despite the huge bathroom, they did not provide a light above the vanity. It was so bad I didn’t use it...
