"Days prior to my stay I called the hotels number provided by hotels.com just to TRIPPLE check the cost of incidental fees just so I had enough my card , I was told $100 even after asking the rep to double check …fast forward I arrive via Uber with my kiddos and was told the incidental fee was $250 so I immediately called the same number and that rep was only willing to update the new fee amount and could not help me ..after freaking out in the lobby because I felt defeated and left with no help...

"The rooms were very spacious with a beautiful view of the Niagara River. The rooms were well appointed with a refrigerator, hair drier and coffee maker. The heating system was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The only small criticisms were that the spacious bathrooms lacked countertop space and for some reason, the cold water faucet never put out cold water despite the fact that it was February. The free breakfast was both tasty and very convenient! Last but not least, the price...
