"No breakfast for an expensive hotel. Also only one elevator which broke down which required me to haul multiple bags and suitcases from the 4th floor down the stairs during checkout. Also my key stopped working at exactly 11am so I had to get a worker to help me reopen my door as I was checking out so I could get the rest of my things. But the room was nice and clean."

"The property is very well kept and clean. The rooms are very big and spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was a real breakfast and not just packaged muffins. The fireplace has a avery room homy feel to it. The BEST part of my stay was the satff!! They are ALL very nice, polite, professionals. They all go above and beyond trying to help you and most of all they acknowledge you!! My son will be turning blue at the eid of April and I will fly down and so will my extended...

"Well we didn’t actually make the booking on the 21st as we arrived at 9am on the 22nd and travelled 15 hours driving because of the conditions but because of Expedia booking we couldn’t transfer to 22nd so we just booked it with Hotel - hotel were great Expedia not so great as we should have been able to use the credit as we didn’t make the booking due to enforceable circumstances "

"We arrived right after a snowstorm, so many businesses were closed. The people working at the AC were kind, attentive, and helpful. They guided us to restaurants that were open. Room and bathroom were large and clean. Deliciou breakfast, beautifully arranged."
