"The room was bigger than expected which was nice. The Tv wasn’t working when we first got there but the maintenance guy fixed it right away. The pool might as well not even have been in use because it was literally so cold my kids lips turned purple within 5 minutes and when I asked them if they could turn the heat up they said the heat temp was as high as they could legally have it which there’s no was that’s true. This was pretty annoying because we specifically chose this hotel for the pool...
