I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe...

"This 19th century chateau was located up a narrow road next to the restaurant. The staff were efficient and friendly and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The decor was old, in the style of the house, but the bed and pillows very comfy. It was surrounded by mature gardens with a pool. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent. It was a very restful stay in the beautiful Pyrenees."

The only things that I would say would improve a stay at this hotel is a couple of easy wins such a tea/ coffee facilities in the room and a welcome pack explaining check ins/outs, places to eat etc as we soon found out lots of places close in certain days or didn’t serve food for very long (I imagine this is a seasonal thing).
