"The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. I would totally recommend this place thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Same goes for the gentleman managing the breakfast, he was incredibly helpful. Also I think "Vivian" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)"

"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. Thank you for an enjoyable 8 day stay. "
