"I enjoyed my stay at Becky Guesthouse. I love the art gallery & café on the ground floor, a lovely space to rest. The welcome tea is a nice touch. The location is perfect to visit Jeonju’s main attractions just a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, near by. The room had everything I needed. Quiet location, just some guests slamming doors… Bus links to Jeonju’s train station just down the road which was handy. Thank you for a lovely stay in Jeonju :) "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways we clean and well kept. The room was clean, but could have used some maintenance (bidet 1/2 functional, wall paper peeling, no hot water on last day, etc). If you're looking for a place to rest your head and leave your belongings while out and about, this is the place."

"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."

"어머니와 제 여동생, 저 3명 '기와'룸을 사용했는데, 디럭스 침대 레벨의 룸과 온돌 룸이 연결된 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 샤워까지 할 수 있는 화장실이 2개, 수건, 텔레비젼도 2개여서 마치 두 룸이 연결된 것처럼 잘 되어 있습니다. 아침 조식은 토스트, 커피, 바나나, 귤, 사과 같은 걸로 들 수 있습니다. 생수 물도 비치되어 있습니다. 적극 추천합니다!"

"직원의 실수로 ktx 기차도 놓치고 대신 고속버스로 서울을 갈수있도록 도움을 부탁하였는데 이것도 날자를 다른날자로 구입을 해주어서 직원의 두번째 실수로 고속버스도 놓침 참으로 황당하였습니다. 저의 잘못도 있었습니다.직원이 탑승날자가 다른날로 구입한 티겟을 확인하지않고 호텔을 택시타고 고속 터미날로 가서 확인이 되어 버스도 놓침 미국에서 오랜만에 한국방문을해서 잘몰라 내 스스로 구입을 하지 못한것을 후회하였습니다. 그러나 실수이었기에 이해하기로 하였습니다. 감사합니다."

"Although the hotel is clearly somewhat rundown, it is still a very good option for those visiting Jeonju, especially if the main interest is visiting Hanok Village or the more important historical points in the city. Rooms and hallways are kept very clean. Floors are heated. Each room has a small refrigerator. However, microwave use is only available in the lobby. The lobby decor is a ittle quirky and interesting. Unfortunately, it is also incredibly cold in winter. My room had 2 blown...
