"As soon as we arrived, Paolo told us everything we needed to know about where to go, what to do and what his favorite restaurants were. His advice served us well. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was friendly and shared interesting stories. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but very small. I don’t know where we would have put the luggage if we had not had hand luggage. The hotel is well located, close to Leder Street, museums, old churches and the bus station. "

"The location was just what I wanted - all the places in Nicosia I wanted to visit were within a reasonable walk - the art gallery and museum were 20 minutes walk, the Old Town about 30, the crossing to North Nicosia about 40, and best of all the municipal park with peacocks, and river walk were only 10 minutes away. "Very attentive staff. We had an issue with the TV, staff member came immediately to resolve it. We were then asked the following day by another staff member if everything was resolved. Sadly our last day was not so good. Hotel was very busy, we dined in the poolside bar. Took 1 min to get menus then 30 min to get served. Food arrived 30 min later still with no drinks…. Staff were literally running everywhere so I assume short staffed. "

"The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia."

"A good not expensive alternativ to hotels. 3 locked guest rooms with shared living room, kitchen and toilet. In the morning there was a bit of lively traffic to the toilet, but it worked anyway"

"First, let's talk about the positive thing. The check-in was smooth and the receptionist was welcoming. I got the room key and left the hotel. When I came back in the evening, and where the weather outside was cold I tried to turn on the AC, bu unfortunately the AC was not working properly. I went to took a shower but the water pressure was at the minimum and almost there is no water so someone can get a good shower. Once the sun raised, I left the hotel and I won't come back again. "We stayed inthe hotel the night of 10th August. The booking and communication were done online. There is no front desk and the keys were left in a safe box that we received the code for via email. The location is magical and very picturesque. The room is also beautiful and the decore is well thought of to keep the authenticity.
