"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . "Nice for a short stay. We booked a room with balcony as per images, but our balcony was completely boarded up with bamboo so we had no view. There is little soundproofing and you can hear next door, people moving above you and loads of noise from outside. Room was clean and simple. Most disapointing was the breakfast, the food was basic and looked like last nights dinner heated up. Recommend going 3 mins down the road to Thong Dong for breakfast instead. Cleaner tried to open our door at 10AM...
