"This property was designed and built for Czech citizens. It is not a place for foreigners who are used to updated and elegant services. They have a buffet dinner server for 3 hours with limited options. Really everything here is designed for Czech Nationals and they seam to enjoy this place but it is not up to standards for your personal westerner. The place is designed in the soviet erra so it looks like a prison. But the views and area is absolutly outstanding"

"Wir waren als 3 köpfige Familie vor Ort. Ab dem ersten Tag habe ich mehrmals täglich versucht die fehlenden Handtücher oder auch Duschtücher zu bekommen. Nach 1 Tag bekamen wir für 3 Personen 2 kleine Handtücher. Die Duschtücher haben wir nie erhalten. Die Angestellten wirken eher uninteressiert an den Bedürfnissen der Kunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Fernseher vor Ort, jedoch funktioniert dieser nicht, da 2 Steckdosen gebraucht werden, es aber nur eine gibt....
