"We had a great time and enjoyed the swimming pool. There were few residents and it was very quiet. One member of staff stood out as being excellent and speaking English, we believe his name is Marco or Mario. This hotel could be so much more popular if it were to focus on a specific market. The decor is 50's period but this could add to its charm. It has all the facilities you could want, but would be difficult for disabled people."

"Very comfortable, the reception staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. It felt like home from home with lush details such as a good shower/ comfy bed and the kitchen area. We only used the microwave but it was very possible to cook meals if we wanted "

"Loved the quaint Casa da Roda. The property is in need of new carpet and paint in the common areas. But the room was nice and clean and quiet. The refrigerator didn’t work (it was plugged in but the one lonely beer and one juice in it were warm and sad). The breakfast was great! Didn’t get to enjoy the indoor pool because they charge extra for it (surprising). Only the outdoor pool was included. I would think they would include the main indoor facilities and just charge for treatments like most...
