"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. "This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Lejligheden var rigtig fin. Dog var der 2 ting der ikke fungerede. Den ene sengelampe på værelset ved køkkenet hang der blot en strømledning men der var ingen kontakt så ingen mulighed for at anvende denne. I stuen var der en radio med cd afspiller men denne kunne ikke tændes. Alt i lejligheden var ellers rigtig fint."

"Endnu et godt ophold på Svanegården. Der er lige præcis det der skal være, ikke mere eller mindre. Fine værelser, hyggelig opholdsstue med Danmarks bedste snack buffet! OBS: Der er ingen morgenmad, men der er fine chokoladeboller, frugt og kaffe i snackbaren, som ganske fint kan gøre det ud for morgenmad. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. "

"Very nice hotel with old world charm, nice view of the water, and accommodating staff. They served breakfast starting at 7am instead of 8 just to accommodate us since we mentioned we had to take the ferry at 8:30 from Ærøskøbing. And the breakfast was amazing! "

"Musholm Bugt Feriecenter had double booked, which meant they did not have a room for us when we arrived. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true). " Clean. Quiet. Good location as long as you have a car. Beautiful property and nice room. I appreciated the breakfast options left in the fridge that you could access in the morning on your own schedule. And the kitty that was super friendly."

Vores superior-dobbeltværelse var dog meget “skrabet”: 2 hårde lænestole og et bord, en udmærket seng, for få stikkontakter, ingen mulighed for selv at lave en kop kaffe. "Beautiful place, lovely stay and we enjoyed every bit of the hospitality! Very thought out details in every aspect. Our first stay here and not our last! The breakfast was scrumptious! Sitting by the water with provided blankets, cushions and candlelight complimented our view while enjoying a bottle of wine! Thank you for everything! "

"The hotel has a mix of apartments and regular rooms which are small but very well organized and up to date. Our bed was a comfortable king in a standard room which had a cathedral ceiling with a fan, no AC which was needed on day 1 our stay but not day2 ( early September). An extra fan was provided. Windows provided a lovely breeze.Location on the main square proved to be very quiet. An excellent restaurant - MUMM is around the corner. The hotel has a cafe that serves lunch and dinner....

"Very average stay. Overpriced for what you get and they charge a lot for sheets and towels. Hotels.com needs to mention in the booking that sheets and towels are not included in the price."

"The hotel was overbooked even that we had a booking already. We were rudely referred to a room about 8km away and return to his hotel for breakfast. However there no one at the “shady” location to contact. No true rating is available for this hotel since we never got a chance to get inside the hotel "

"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect beach acces, great view of the belt bridge. Huge parking lot. Clay tennis court across the street; unsure if its public. I would stay here again. "
