"The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had questions. The bar wasn’t open long enough however I understand that when there are not a lot of guests in the hotel, they need to adjust. Very convenient for the underground transportation, as well as walking, Ubers and so many dining options. Great location-we loved it."

"WE enjoyed our two night stay at the property, the transport to the parks was ideal and quick. The rooms were very clean with good facilities. We found the staff to be very good and accommodated all our requests and questions. Dis not use any of the eating facilities as in the parks all day, the character meet and greet was the only area that was disappointing as the timing cut into the extra magic hour in the park."

Perfect location

"We had a really pleasant stay and will definitely be back in future. The room was clean, the hotel was lovely and it was in the perfect location for Disneyland, the shopping centre and restaurants, which were all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would recommend is changing the mattress on the bed because it was very uncomfortable. The sofa bed, which my kids slept on, was more comfortable. We also used the secure under ground parking, which was available for an additional charge. Overall, we felt the hotel was great value for money. "
