"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "An amazing welcome by all the family, we were travelling with our little dog and they couldn’t be more accommodating (even having dog biscuits ready for him at breakfast the next morning). We chose to eat in the Resteraunt in the evening and it was one of the best meals we have had during our road trip around Italy. We will sure to be back when we are in this part of Italy, book your stay now."

"It has been awesome!!! It's a wonderful holiday park with a lot of funny activities for the kids and for adults as well. Food was excellent, room properly cleaned everyday and the shows in the night were incredible. I have been also lucky because I'm a cyclist, I brought my bike with me and the same week Albatros hosted the I CAN TRIATHLON summer camp and I could ride with them.
