First experience good with tapas/ bar/ dinner. 2nd just had tapas in bar. 3rd - restaurant closed but dinner served in bar, post covid seemed staffing problems, very slow service. "A well located hotel close to the main attractions in Valladolid. Friendly staff and very clean. Loved the place. The Cathedral and University are practically next door and there are good bars and restaurants either in the main square or near to the hotel within a 5 minute walking radius."

"The room was spacious, but does not have a window. I felt like I am a prisoner. The hotel does not have emergency exit as well. In the case of fire, you are dead. The toilet does not flush after you flushed once. You have to wait more than 15 mins. You can't escape!"

"So, this hotel is beautiful, has gorgeously appointed rooms (got a glance at a suite - awesome), the people are really nice, and if you are looking for a rural retreat, this is THE place to be. There were two things that took a little of the shine off of our stay: 1) There were a bunch of flies. The lady at the front desk said that we could have asked for spray, but then we'd be smelling bug spray all night and 2) No WiFi. I can understand if they want to encourage separation from day-to-day...
