"A fuse had gone so my room was 4 degrees when i arrived after a long drive. In fact not much worked because of that, but i did have light in the bathroom and hot water there. Staff were apologetic, but i was not given a refund or similar. I tried calling staff at 2330 and also at 830 am, but nobody was picking up. I got electricity back 1100"

"Restaurant next door and opposite. Bus stop right outside the apartment hotel. Safe (you require key code) to enter building. Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. It is not the quietest hotel as it is close to bus stop, so during day time you will hear frequent bus noises. Still deserves 5 stars. Will stay again. "

Vi blev positivt overraskede over at få et værelse med eget bad og et lille køleskab. Da vi kom ind på vores værelse fandt vi en brugt snuspose på gulvet og en stor klump hår på badeværelset. Lamelgardinerne kunne ikke vendes. Sengene var lidt hårde. Der var lidt tvivl omkring udtjekning, men vi ringede til det samme nummer som indtjekning og de var igen...
