We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. "You won't know if it's the hotel because the signage is a little confusing, at least for me. The room was clean and receptionist was nice. You have to ask for towels in the front desk since they don't put it in the room for your arrival. AC works well tho the remote gave us a hard time. Additional 250 pesos for extra person is a reasonable price since it already comes with extra bed and beddings. Luckily our room has a Prime Video subscription so me & my friends enjoyed watching while waiting...

"Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :("

"I have stayed here numerous times... a new manager just took over and she runs this hotel horribly. She no longer allows any upgrades even for long time loyal guests! She has stopped a guest “laundry” service that was very appreciated in the past. Now, as of March 14, 2020, I see they have greatly increased their room prices!!
