"My dream come true stay! The staff is so personable and welcoming and the property is so gorgeous and calming. It’s only a short grab ride from the restaurant area, but the food on the property is extremely fresh and ALARMINGLY delicious. They used all the veggies and herbs from their garden and anything outsourced is organic. They own the Tonkin Spa, which was the cherry on top to our stay in Sapa. I will definitely come back. It’s worth every penny "

"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind."

"The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide....

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "The service is exceptional! The owner of the hotel was hands on from the day we arrived till the day we checked out at about 3am. (We had an early drive to Halong). He also offered to give us the on the go mini breakfast since we had to check out really early. The lady cleaner was so kind and assists us when she sees that we need help with the room.
