"We traveled as a family: two of us and our 1.5-year-old. The room we stayed in was spacious. The beds were relatively comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. "Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was my room faced the street and at times it was quite noisy. Parking is a premium on the street but the hotel has an arrangement with the city for parking at 8 euro/day The breakfast was first rate!"

"A beautiful hotel in the heart of Koutouloufari. Rooms are spacious with everything you could possiby need during your holiday, plus a bottle of wine to welcome you. The pool area isn’t huge but very pretty and never so busy you can’t find a seat or sunbed. So many brilliant places to eat and drink on the area. Perfect holiday destination."

"The staff is really nice with a nice communication and service 10/10. But the room in the basement is just horrible. If you avoid rooms 888 and 889 your room should be nice. But 888 was really bad… lots of mosquitoes and humidity. We will never go back there and we don’t recommend. "

"Hotel property was very well maintained, on-site restaurant was great! Staff were very friendly and great hospitality. Rooms were a bit limited on extras (small tv, limited towels, no coffee maker etc) but bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large and renovated. Overall positive stay! It is in an area on its own so not close to other restaurants etc, but a great location for a short stay and only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport!"

"This house was so adorable! We were running extremely late do to a change in our flight but the owner stayed up to greet us. She showed us around the village and where the stores were. Even offered to check on us if we needed it. The house itself was cozy and well kept. We had the pleasure of having a nice dog hang out outside our door. We did run into some issues back home that caused us to have to leave early. The owner was very kind and even offered us a deal so our money wasn't going to be...

"Fantastic place to stay. Great location. The staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the 'Superior House' which is actually an apartment. It had everything you need, microwave, fridgefreezer, hot plate, kettle, iron, ironing board etc. The beds were large and comfy and first class air con. Thoroughly recommended!"
