"We arrived very early in sapa and they had a huge lobby area to relax and wait for our check in. It’s a family run business all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served for breakfast is amazing and their ala carte dinner is very good especially the hot plate beef. The room is cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and there is a heated blanket, room is true to the pictures they posted. You got to be patient with their hot water for shower though. You can just liaise with the staff if you want a tour. They have various packages to choose from. Overall an amazing experience to get away from the busy city life. To me it’s considered to be a bit pricey for Vietnam. "

"Great location and nice hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening staff limited English. The garbage across the street is terrible and would really be nice to clean it regularly as you look at the trash from the restaurant. "
