"I booked this for a business colleague. She was happy with the accomodation. Later I booked here again directly with the hotel for Family members with mobility constraints. While they assured me the room was accessible, it was only accessible from the ground floor to the room, the room itself was not all that accessible, the bathtub is very high and difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility issues.
