"It was a good overnight stay 1. nice and safe car parking which is important for me 2. rooms are clean 3. excellent breakfast 4. good wifi, could get work done. The hotel is bang on the highway; the Google Maps incorrectly shows that you should take a left ( coming from Amritsar to Delhi) around 1 km before the property and travel on a side road. But you can directly turn left at the property from the highway. "

"The entrance to the property is not pleasant and it is dusty dirty highway. I booked comfort Inn believing I will get an American standard hotel, towel, linen all sparkling and hygienic. "You put my two sons and me in a hotel whose condition was far below any other hotel we saw in India. My son, who is an Army doctor formerly deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, was appalled by its filth and lack of facilities. Then, you sent me a form that gave no option other than I did or did not change MY plans. We changed our plans because you gave us an unacceptable accommodation!.
