"The property is beautiful. Room was nice but dark with only 2 windows. Staff very pleasant. Expedia site incorrect on services. No made to order breakfast. The 1st 2 days was a buffet and I am vegan so I had toast, fruit and coffee then had plain rice or french fries for dinner. No tour services or info. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, dogs barking and roosters crowing all times of day. The close proximity to mae klang waterfall made for a nice walk and great place to have lunch along...

"It was truly an oasis. Two beautiful pools. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. But the best part of the stay is the staff. They are so warm, patient and nothing is too difficult for them. Housekeeping staff made sure the rooms were cleaned daily and always with a smile. "

"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "It was a beautiful hotel. It is set on a little farm with beautiful flowers and a pond. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. There was a/c, but the wifi wasn't working. Breakfast is included. The only major issue is that when you put in Bhupimarn Garden House as a location in google maps, it takes you to the middle of Chiang Mai City, not Chom Thong. So, beware! Super sweet people that run the place, even if they don't speak English. The lady had to call her son, who speaks English....
