The spa is great— awesome rooftop (hopefully they are getting the spa tub fixed on the roof to work as well as the one down below!).. room balconies make the rooms romantic and spacious! "There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. For reference, we stayed in 4 additional hotels. They request you leave your key when you go out of the hotel but they leave it where anyone could pick it up, not...
