"It was a great location for children and families. Not so much for singles or couples. Was very noisy on the weekend (, although joyful noise of children) but also very noisy during week doing repairs and cutting tree branches!! I would definitely recommend this place for families."

"Great Pool, Super Comfortable bed, Immaculately Clean, Newly furbished and fitted. However Hot Water is very sow to heat and only heats to mild or luke warm by my rating. Staff did indicate Spa in my room was not functional, and I agreed, so not a complaint. Lots of car parks, safely lit at night. lock switch and deadlatch. all good, except fan in bathroom and spa on same circuit as light, frustrating, but, insistent on fan function. 4/5. "Ultimate relaxation- staying in the Ocean Villas ment we were within 20 odd metres to the Mill Beach. The soothing sounds of the ocean waves, birds and the company of the Roo’s made this weekender a refreshing holiday. 15 minutes from Batemans Bay meant we could explore the restaurants and cafes there. We didn’t get much time to spend in the park but there were plenty of kids having fun- riding bicycles and even some buggies. "

"Clean and very well equipped! Great sized apartment and so grateful bath towels, floor towel, and face cloth supplied! Great view that can't be faulted. Only drawback was tricky parking, and other apartments parking in the designated parking spot for other units. Shared balcony also meant other people's kids running up and down in front of our lounge room and looking in the windows and front door. But otherwise, this was a wonderful weekend stay and we thoroughly enjoyed feeding the friendly...
