"This hotel is Beautiful, its right on the road to the Teotihuacan Pyramids! We took a taxi from the airport and walked our entire 3 day stay from the hotelto the complex. We're both seniors and the walk is very doable. The front desk young lady was a Gem ! She was so very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the employees were fabulous! We highly recommend this hotel "

"The only good thing about our stay was that the hotel staff did a good job at cleaning our rooms. The elevator broke and it was down for two days - they stuck us on the 4FL and my elderly parents and I had to walk the stairs. The Room service that they advertised to order foos was non-existent. They did not answer the phones. The wifi went out for about 3 days of our total stay which I needed to utilize for work (The reason I chose that hotel) I will definitely not be staying there again on my...
