The front desk closes at midnight, and after that time, the hotel became a free-for-all. A large group of teenagers threw parties in multiple rooms around us, making it impossible to sleep until 6 AM. With checkout at 10 AM, it was hardly the restful night we had hoped for. To make matters worse, there was a large congress happening, which made everything feel chaotic and overcrowded. While the room itself served its basic purpose, the overall experience was far from satisfactory."
